• To register as a student (including Post Doctor), you need to submit proof of your student status, such as a copy of your student ID or a certificate of enrollment with a valid date.

Credit Card	Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.
	All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
	The actual charged amount may differ according to the exchange rate.
Bank Transfer	All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
	A remitter’s name MUST BE SAME as the registrant’s name.
	If the remitter’s name is different from the name of the registrant, please send a copy of the transfer receipt to the ICOP2025 Secretariat at icop2025org@gmail.com.
	The registrant’s and remitter’s names should be stated in the email.
	Kindly take note of the applicable registration deadlines. Registration fees are contingent upon the date of payment receipt in our account, and they will be adjusted accordingly if payment is not received by the specified
	deadline.

Confirmation of Registration & Downloading Receipt

• An automatic confirmation will be sent to your email after your payment is completed (Credit Card) or confirmed by the Secretariat (Bank Transfer).
• You can download your receipt at ‘My Page’ once your registration is confirmed.

Cancellation PolicyDownload the cancellation Form

• To cancel, please download the cancellation form, complete it, and send it to the ICOP 2025 Secretariat via email. (icop2025org@gmail.com)
• All bank charges for remittance fee must paid by the registrant.
• All the valid refund will be proceeded within 30days after the last day of the congress, and the cancellation charge shall be deducted from the refund amount.
