  • To register as a student (including Post Doctor), you need to submit proof of your student status, such as a copy of your student ID or a certificate of enrollment with a valid date.

Payment Methods

Credit Card  • Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.
• All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
• The actual charged amount may differ according to the exchange rate.
Bank Transfer  • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
• A remitter’s name MUST BE SAME as the registrant’s name.
• If the remitter’s name is different from the name of the registrant, please send a copy of the transfer receipt to the ICOP2025 Secretariat at icop2025org@gmail.com. The registrant’s and remitter’s names should be stated in the email.
• Registration fees are contingent upon the date of payment receipt in our account, and they will be adjusted accordingly if payment is not received by the specified deadline.
• Bank Transfer may take a week to confirm the payment.

Confirmation of Registration & Downloading Receipt

  • An automatic confirmation will be sent to your email after your payment is completed (Credit Card) or confirmed by the Secretariat (Bank Transfer).
  • You can download your receipt at ‘My Registration’ one your payment is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (icop2025org@gmail.com).
  • All the valid refund will be proceeded within 30days after the last day of the congress, and the cancellation charge shall be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation by April 30 (Wed.)  Refund 100%
Cancellation from May 1 (Thu.)  No refund
